Frankfort-Elberta
Area Schools prides itself on providing the most current technology
to its staff and students. This ensures that our students leave our
district ready to succeed with the future they choose.
The high school provides three large labs, and an online course mini lab. Eight classrooms have ceiling mounted projectors allowing for digital
video and student presentations along with classroom viewing of
up-to-the-minute information on the internet. These projectors were
purchased with grant money awarded by the Education Foundation.
The
elementary is equipped with a state of the art lab and ceiling
mounted projector. Each classroom provides up to three student
computers with internet access. Student computers for the
Elementary School were funded by our very own Panther Parents!
Every staff member now uses high end computers
with flat panel monitors. The funding for this upgrade was provided
by grants from the Grand Traverse Band of Ottawa Indians and the
technology placemat fundraiser.
